Experiment on operation stability of an endurance test bed for automobile air conditioner compressors

Studies the influence of system matching on the operation stability of automobile air conditioner compressors on the endurance test bed. The results show that, when the compressor continuously runs, the stability of the test bed after using manual valve is better than that of using thermal valve, and it is little affected by the kinds of valves for adjusting cooling water; and that, when the compressor intermittently runs, the operation stability would be obtained if pneumatic valve is used to adjust cooling water, especially at low speed.
